Madison Crompton obtained a Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education, coming from a Psychology and Social Work background.

Maddie started her career as a Child Protection Practitioner, working alongside schools and early childhood services, overseeing the safety and well-being of children and young people. It was through her time with Child Protection that she realised her passion for education.

Maddie began Coordinating an Out of School Hours Care service, where she used the My Time, Our Place Framework for School Aged Children to plan daily lessons. She joined Skye after working as a Student Teacher.

Maddie is a lover of animals and believes that all living beings are equal, no matter how big or small.
