Committee of Management

Skye Children’s Co-Operative Limited is managed by volunteer board members known as ‘The Comittee of Management’.          

Members of the Committee are made up of families who volunteer their time and expertise. The executive team and sub committee’s organise and publicise events and fundraising, write and update policies, co-ordinate building and grounds improvements, and oversee strategic management of the centre.

The Committee of Management is responsible to set the strategic direction of the centre which enables a high quality children’s program framed by a practice of strong governance and leadership. 

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held annually, in October/November.

This structure enables our team of early childhood professionals to have a clear focus on nurturing each child’s learning, development and wellbeing in a carefully crafted innovative educational environment.
