Ellie Paladino has had 22 years’ experience and holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Ellie is passionate about ensuring that each child’s individual needs are recognised, respected and met. Each child’s views and voice are valued and understands that each child develops at their own pace.

Ellie believes in encouraging and supporting all children bringing out the best in them. Children learn through play therefore creating a stimulating and safe environment.
